On behalf of all the members of Ashford Greens, welcome to our Ashford Greens Website. We are proud of our community and this website has been prepared to help you understand and appreciate our special neighborhood. Our website contains important information about Ashford Greens, including the organization and management of our homeowners association, key protective covenants, and other items of interest and importance to you as a homeowner and member of the Ashford Greens Homeowners Association. Our common interest in Ashford Greens is very simple: to preserve and enhance value and appeal of our neighborhood for those who own homes here. We welcome your involvement in the homeowners association and appreciate your taking time to read and follow the covenants and guidelines, including those presented on this website. Board Meetings - Board Meetings are held on the Third Wed.of the month (every other month) at 7:00PM at the James Place Club House  This was effective IN OCT. 2011.
  • Next regular Board Meeting:   2012 @ 7pm, @ James Place
          
Annual Meetings - Annual Board Meetings are typically held during March or April
  • Next Annual Board Meeting - April 18, 2012 @ 7pm located at Lakeview Golf Club house.  RSVP is required, because food is being served.

To Attend a Board Meeting, please arrive at the West James Place Entrance gate prior to 7:00 p.m., or contact a Board Member ahead of time, so that your admittance can be arranged.
